Summit registration
- When you register, we collect your name, email address, ticket type, and any details you choose to share, such as your organization or role.
- Ticket payments are processed by our event registration and payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on this site.
- We use registration details to confirm your seat, send event access information, and manage check-in.
Attendee hub data
- Registered attendees receive access to the private Attendee Hub. Your hub profile (name, photo, bio, and badges) is visible to other signed-in attendees for networking.
- We record activity inside the hub, such as booth visits, check-ins, points, bookmarks, session questions, and feedback, to run the summit experience and leaderboard.
- Other attendees can see when you are online in the Networking area. Direct messages are visible only to you and the person you message.
Sharing with speakers and sponsors
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Speakers and sponsors only receive your contact details when you choose to opt in, for example by requesting a speaker resource or connecting at a booth.
- Private session feedback goes to the speaker for that session and is not shown publicly.
Marketing and communications
- We send event emails about your registration, schedule updates, and access to the hub.
- If you join a notify list or opt in to updates, we may send news about future Get Equipped events, the Get Equipped Academy, and Enilram Creative Solutions programs.
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Event-critical emails about a ticket you purchased may still be sent.
- We may run social media advertising, including on Meta platforms, to promote the summit. Any advertising tracking on this site will only be used in line with this policy and applicable law, and never inside the private Attendee Hub.
Advertising cookies and Meta Pixel
- We use Meta Pixel, when permitted by your advertising choice and regional requirements, to measure visits on public summit pages and help us understand and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. Advertising tracking is never enabled inside the private Attendee Hub, partner portal, admin area, or sign-in pages. Automatic event collection and customer matching are disabled for this site's installation.
- When enabled and permitted, Meta Platforms may receive the public page address, event time, device and browser information, IP address, and advertising cookie identifiers. These signals are used for advertising measurement and ad optimization. We do not send attendee profiles, resource opt-ins, session questions, or private hub activity to Meta.
- Visitors in regions requiring advertising consent are asked to accept or reject before advertising tracking runs. If we cannot determine your region, tracking stays off until you accept. In other regions, ordinary advertising tracking may run unless you reject it or an applicable browser privacy signal requires it to stay off. Ad clicks and impressions on Facebook and Instagram can still be counted without website tracking.
- Cookie settings lets you accept, reject, or withdraw advertising permission at any time. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Your choice applies immediately in this browser, including other open tabs, and rejection takes priority over a regional default. Global Privacy Control is honored. Essential cookies for sign-in and saving your choices remain available.
- We save a browser-specific visitor reference, your advertising choice, the date and time, your country when known, your browser privacy signal, and the notice text, version, purposes, recipients, and available choices in your browser. Earlier acceptance records are retained when you withdraw so we can preserve the evidence of the choice shown. Clearing browser storage removes these saved records; choices are not shared across different devices or browsers.
- Ticket purchases take place on Enilram Creative's external registration site. This website's consent choice does not control cookies or tracking on that separate site, and this site's public-page visit tracking does not confirm a ticket purchase.
Photos, recordings, and submissions
- Summit sessions may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed. See our Terms and Event Policies for details on recording consent and testimonials.

- You can update your hub profile at any time after signing in.
